What We Do

Wall & Foundation Coring
We core block, CMU, poured walls, and footers for utility lines, conduit runs and HVAC.

Slab & Floor Coring
We core drill concrete slabs for plumbing penetrations, drainage lines, and utility rough-ins.

Concrete X-Ray
We scan with GPR before drilling to avoid hitting rebar, conduit, or post-tension cables.
We cut and core to spec so plumbers, electricians, and mechanical contractors can get right to their installs without rework or delays.

Yes. Our diamond core bits cut through rebar without issue.
Yes. We drill through CMU block, poured concrete, and most masonry substrates.
It depends on the pipe or duct size. Most residential plumbing runs through 3 to 4 inch cores, while HVAC penetrations often require 6 inches or larger.
Yes. We drill horizontal and vertical penetrations in slabs, walls, foundations, and overhead.
Standard depths cover most commercial and residential work. For deep or extended cores, ask us about barrel extensions.
We drill wet in all cases. Water cools the bit and controls dust for the safety of the driller.
We use a slurry vacuum system to capture and contain wet slurry on-site, keeping the work area clean and protecting drains.
We offer GPR scanning before drilling to map what is inside the slab or wall. We recommend it on any job where hitting a hidden element would be costly or dangerous.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every job. If any aspect of our work within the agreed scope is not performed correctly, we’ll return to correct it promptly at no additional cost.
